Trainee Program:
The Trainee Program lasts 12 months and is a full-time position (40h/week). It includes comprehensive training in the following areas:
- Online Marketing Training: Understanding general and industry-specific KPIs
- Collaboration between Marketing and Sales
- Programmatic Media Buying
- Banner creation & campaign setup
- Campaign analysis and optimization
- Affiliate setup and management
- Affiliate acquisition
- E-Mail & Push Notification Marketing
- Data Quality Management
- Controlling
- Country-Specific Training
Our requirements:
- Business management degree or equivalent education
- Internet knowledge, ideally first experiences in online performance marketing
- Creativity, technical understanding and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to work
- Emotional intelligence and ability to work in a team
- Valid authorization to work in Germany at the time of hiring (no visa sponsorship available).
- Fluent English skills (C1 or higher).
- Excellent proficiency in at least one major EU language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, or another EU language).
