Job Description

The Assistant Sales Manager for Taiwan & Hong Kong is responsible for aggressive sales hunting and managing key accounts including prospecting, developing relationships, growing key accounts and meeting sales targets.

What We're Hunting For:

Drive Business Development
  • Collaborate with key accounts to identify new businesses and grow relationships that assist in profitable growth within assigned accounts.
  • Generate New business opportunities via outbound calls
  • Engage in targeted conversations that steer customers to solutions that address their needs.
  • Drive customer attraction and retention strategies to improve customer loyalty.

Drive Sales & Marketing
  • Articulate client’s message, identify needs and qualify accounts.
  • Shape sales outcome effectiveness.
  • Review sales performance metrics to enhance profitable outcomes.
  • Develop sales performance metrics jointly with countries on prices and cost structure.

Drive Business Administration Operations
  • Optimize the use of allocated resources with business activities.
  • Develop risk mitigation and succession plans.
  • Invoicing and reporting.
  • To perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven working experience in a similar capacity in a sales and marketing environment with established networks preferred.
  • High level of competency in Microsoft Office applications.
  •  Experiences in Hong Kong & Taiwan markets with exposure to digital marketing & campaign management will be an added advantage.
  • Hunter mindset with a strong sense of business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle people of all levels.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership.
  • Service-oriented with a strong customer orientation for delivering a great customer experience.
  • Strong in problem-solving capabilities.
  • Able to communicate effectively in the native languages of the regions. (To interact with our clients and business partners).
