Assistant Sales Manager  - Thailand
(f/m/divers)


Job Description:
As the Assistant Sales Maestro for Thailand, you'll be a key player in steering our lead generation efforts in these regions. We're seeking someone with a passion for sales and a drive to learn and grow.

What We're Hunting For:
  • A budding market expert adept at cultivating sales relationships with direct customers and advertising/media agencies, while also excelling in account management. Prepare to demonstrate your creativity, acquire the skills to craft compelling business presentations, and proficiently handle accounts that leave a lasting impression! 
  • A determined individual who is eager to connect with people, a prospecting enthusiast who can cold-call with finesse. You're excited about bringing in new business. 
  • A sales enthusiast with developing communication and negotiation skills. You'll be learning the ropes of closing deals, managing expectations, and solving problems like a superhero. You'll also be part of crafting country plans that contribute to sales growth. 
  • A reliable go-getter who takes ownership and is eager to work independently. Start identifying key prospects, contribute to the strategic sales approach, and let's talk about making a mark on the world! 
  • A team player who can collaborate with every function in the company, contributing to the success of the country team. You're not just a team member; you're ready to learn and be mentored, supporting your team to achieve greatness. 
Qualifications:
 
  • Hold a university degree or possess at least 2 years of working experience. 
  • A passion for navigating through Thailand.
  • Able to communicate effectively in native languages of the regions. (To interact with our clients & business partners).
  • Display enthusiasm for sales and business development, with a strong desire to learn and actively contribute towards achieving targets. 
  • A team player with the potential to build leadership skills over time. 
  • An eagerness to learn and apply strategic thinking to contribute to plans. 
  • Developing communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Willingness to learn and problem-solving abilities.
