ABOUT THE ROLE

Do you have a wealth of experience in Indonesia and enjoy working with clients in the market? Present in Indonesia for the past decade in the B2C lead generation space, eGENTIC is looking to grow more aggressively in the market and would require the help of an experienced sales manager to spearhead new market development.

We'll equip you with exceptional sales tools, digital marketing software, technology and world-class products to help you connect with companies whose products and services target individual consumers.

  • Grow eGENTIC’s portfolio by selling and promoting our lead generation products.
  • Build sales pipeline through various approaches such as market research, networking and cold calling
  • Maintain sales accounts
  • Participate in trade shows, workshops and exhibitions as appropriate
  • To negotiate lead rates in accordance with the needs of the customer and reflection on business sales goals
  • Manage revenue for new client base to ensure payments are received with agreed commercial terms.
  • Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • A hunter who loves interacting with people, with extensive prospecting experience and cold-calling capability, and is passionate about bringing in new business. 
  • A consultative salesperson who can communicate, influence decision-makers and is capable of closing deals.
  • A self-motivated individual who is highly accountable; takes ownership of actions and can work well autonomously and in a team.
  • Must have a good background in the local business, gained through work experience in Indonesia and be proficient in Bahasa. to liase with local clients and business partners. 
  • At least 5 years of Digital Agency/Telemarketing/Digital Marketing/Call Centre knowledge and experience is preferred.
  • The role is based in Singapore.
