In order to strengthen our team we are looking for a highly motivated
Junior Sales Manager Poland (f/m/divers)

As Junior Sales Manager Poland you are part of the Polish sales team and you will be tasked with acquiring new clients in the Polish market. You will also manage a portfolio of existing clients with responsibility for retaining and growing these accounts. The role is office based with occasional travel to Poland and full training is provided.
  • Acquire and maintain new clients for the Polish market
  • Account management of existing and newly acquired clients
    • Upselling
    • Contract renewals – retain clients
    • Day-to-day contact over the phone
  • Follow existing sales pipeline and expand this pipeline with new appropriate prospects
  • Phone and face-to-face selling
  • Responsibility for the whole sales cycle, from prospection to bid proposal management to conclusion of contracts
  • You will be issued with KPI’s which you will be expected to meet or exceed whenever possible
  • Occasional travel to meet clients and prospects
  • Observe market trends and present them to the team in form of business ideas

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a sales, account management or business development role, preferably in the area of online marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Creativity, technical understanding and analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to work
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a team
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Can do, will do attitude and a drive to achieve
  • Fluent in Polish and English, both oral and written
  • Willingness to travel
