In order to strengthen our team we are looking for a highly motivated
Account Manager & Business Developer Sweden


As an Account Manager & Business Developer Sweden, you are important part of the Swedish sales team and you will be tasked with acquiring and developing new clients and partnerships in the Swedish market. You will also manage a portfolio of existing clients with full responsibility for retaining and growing these accounts. The role is office based with frequent travel to Sweden or can be also carried on from Malmö/Copenhagen or Stockholm after initial training in our offices.
  • Acquire and maintain new clients for the Swedish market
  • Account management of existing and newly acquired clients
    • Upselling
    • Contract renewals – retain clients
    • Day-to-day contact over the phone
  • Develop new partnerships with strategical direct marketing players
  • Follow existing sales pipeline and expand this pipeline with new appropriate prospects
  • Phone, face-to-face and social media selling
  • Responsibility for the whole sales cycle, from prospection to bid proposal management to conclusion of contracts
  • You will be issued with KPI’s which you will be expected to meet or exceed whenever possible
  • Regular face-to-face meetings
  • Observe market trends and present them to the team in form of business ideas  

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales/business development role, preferably in the area of online marketing and/or lead generation
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Creativity, technical understanding and analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to work
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a team
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Can do, will do attitude and a drive to achieve
  • Existing network of contacts and prospects in Sweden, ability to ‘hit the ground running’
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both oral and written
  • Willingness to travel frequently
