We are looking for an individual who is a sales champion with experience in selling digital marketing products & solutions to agencies, brands and organizations. You will lead the sales process to achieve targets and develop the market.

- Sales Leader
- Lead and guide sales prospecting, identify opportunities, generate client pipeline and develop new business
- Establish sales plan and propose solution strategies by countries and vertical to reach defined sales and revenue objectives
- Lead team to expand income, maximize profits and grow products
- Maintain and strengthen relationships and negotiating strategic deals with key clients.
- P/L responsibility for Countries/Markets/Products under care
- Budget/forecast based on market conditions and product analysis.
- Reporting to Managing Director
Jobs Requirements
- Applicant must have experience in digital advertising and digital traffic monetisation, preferably with digital/media agency background
- Applicant must have at least 5 years of Sales experience in the area of client prospecting, business development and strategic client management
- Applicant with working experience or well-connected in the travel/hospitality industry will be preferred
- Applicant should be results-oriented, strong in identifying opportunities, able to develop strategy and execute business plans.
- Applicant needs to have excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Applicant have to be self-directed, a strong team manager and player, and enjoy working in a fast pace environment
- Applicant must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, and Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
- The role is based in Singapore
